How to Enter

Follow:

• Participants must follow both @maksiwausa and @newmanspecialswoodwork on Instagram.

Engage:

• Like the official giveaway post.
• Share the official giveaway post on your Instagram story (public profiles only, no close friends).
• Tag two friends in the comments of the official giveaway post. Feel free to comment as many times as you’d like, just make sure to tag two different friends on each comment.

Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Residency Requirement: This giveaway is open to residents of the United States.
• Employee Restrictions: Employees of Maksiwa and Newman Specials Woodwork, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Prize Usage

• The $2000 voucher is valid exclusively for the purchase of Maksiwa machines.
• This voucher can be used on the purchase of any of the following machines: BMS.3200, BMS.1600, BMD.3200, BMP.3200, BMT.3200, CP/1, CP2, CP/3, CY.3, CPD/5.S,  CBC.P, CBC.T, CBC/2.MR, CBC.MR, CBC.E, CBC.FLEX, RBB.4G, RBB.1000, PHM.30, SC.1100.X, LBP.13, LBM.13, MA.1000, PRA/9, and SF.35.MI.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The winner will have three months to use the voucher, from the day they receive it until November 8th, 2024.
• The voucher is not accumulative and cannot be combined with any other recurring promotions.

Note: Shipping is not included and must be covered by the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly using an automated system during the Instagram live event.
• The winner must have their Instagram profile public to be contacted via direct message for further instructions. If the winner does not have a public profile or does not respond, an alternate winner will be drawn.
• If the selected winner does not show up, does not respond, or is otherwise unreachable within 24 hours, another winner will be selected and announced in @maksiwausa’s Instagram stories.
• Maksiwa will get in touch with the winner to explain how to use the voucher.

Rights and Permissions

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Maksiwa and Newman Special Woodwork to use their Instagram handle and content (e.g., profile picture) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Participants grant Maksiwa and Newman Special Woodwork the right to use their entry for promotional, marketing, and other purposes in any media.

• Disqualification: Maksiwa and Newman Special Woodwork reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or exhibits inappropriate behavior.

Disputes
