    Removes surface imperfections from panel edges before glue application. Improves bonding quality and reduces visible glue joints, resulting in a cleaner, more precise edge finish.
  • Glue Scraper Unit
    Removes excess glue after the edge banding process. Helps achieve a cleaner panel surface and improves final finishing quality.
  • Buffing Unit
    Polishes and cleans remaining glue residue from the panel edge. Enhances surface appearance and delivers a professional finishing touch.
  • Cleaning Agent Spray System
    Applies an anti-static adhesive release agent to the panel surface before glue application. Helps prevent excess glue from bonding to the panel surface for a cleaner finish.
  • PLC Controlled by TFT Touchscreen
    Intuitive touchscreen interface allows easy machine setup and operational control. Enables precise adjustment of speed, temperature, and processing parameters.
  • Automatic ON/OFF Dust Collector
